WASHINGTON (CN) - The Justice Department released four Bush-era documents detailing what methods the CIA could use to interrogate terrorism suspects. Attorney General Eric Holder withdrew the opinions, saying they no longer represent the view of the Office of Legal Counsel. He said he would not prosecute anyone for acting under them.
