WASHINGTON (CN) – President Barack Obama has approved a $125 million loan to a company owned by the government of Vietnam to buy a U.S.-made telecommunications and television satellite. Obama has authorized the Export Import Bank of the United States to loan the money to the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group to make the purchase.
