Oakland Coliseum

The City of Oakland sued Alameda County in superior court over the sale of the dually owned Oakland Coliseum, once home to the A’s and Raiders; the county wants to sell it, but the city says the sale should abide by the California Surplus Land Act, which requires a valid effort to sell public land for use as affordable housing, parks or recreation, or open space.
