OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – The Department of Energy did not violate the National Environmental Policy Act with its “segmented” environmental analysis of a modernization plan for a uranium manufacturing and storage facility, a federal court in Tennessee ruled .

However, further analysis is necessary due to “new information contained in a 2014 seismic hazard map.”
