CARSON CITY, Nev. (CN) - O.J. Simpson's attorneys made their case Friday before the Nevada Supreme Court to have the aging football star's 2008 robbery and kidnapping convictions reversed. Simpson's attorney, Yale Galanter, challenged the trial judge's handling of the case and the fact that there were no blacks on the jury.
Galanter also accused the jury and the judge of being biased against Simpson after he was famously found not guilty of killing his ex-wife and her friend.
Simpson is serving time after he was found guilty of leading a group of armed men who robbed two sports memorabilia dealers at gunpoint in a hotel room at the Palace Station in 2007.
