NYPD misconduct

NEW YORK — A federal judge granted New York City’s motion to disqualify an expert in a civil rights case because the expert previously worked on a review of the city’s police response to protests following George Floyd’s murder and was privy to confidential information regarding police shortcomings and training ahead of the protests.
