NYC Floyd Protests

Eleven New Yorkers who joined nationwide protests after the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis claim in a federal complaint that they were falsely arrested and subjected to excessive force by the NYPD, detailing a barricade tactic known as "kettling" as well as the police force’s indiscriminate use of pepper spray and batons.
