LOS ANGELES (CN) - The Wall Street Network breached its contract to find online subscribers to The New York Times after nearly 90 percent of its Internet-driven subscriptions either canceled or listed an address where the paper could not be delivered, a California appeals court ruled.
Justice Manella upheld summary judgment for the New York Times Co. based on the Wall Street Network's failure to perform under its contract with the newspaper.
