MANHATTAN (CN) – The Philharmonic-Symphony Society of New York claims Cheap Trick and its record label, Big3 Records, “falsely suggested to the public” that the Philharmonic or its members performed on Cheap Tricks’ “Sgt. Pepper Live” album. The orchestra seeks an injunction, the unjust profits and treble damages, in Federal Court.
