(CN) - A New York appellate division disbarred attorney Martin Neil Kroll. He voluntarily resigned amid allegations that he borrowed money from an escrow account for personal purposes. Kroll noted in his resignation that the money has been repaid with interest, but acknowledged that he would be unable to defend himself against the allegations.
