PHOENIX (CN) - A nurse claims the Arizona Heart Hospital refused to hire her because of her religious beliefs. In her federal complaint, she says, "As the divine architect, G-d designed the body to have an immune system, which must not be defiled by immunizations because there are a violation of G-d's supreme authority, and therefore, unholy."
"Since immunizations are unholy, they violate her religious beliefs," plaintiff Melissa Allen says.
She is represented by Patricia Finn of Piermont, N.Y.
