Nude dancing

CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit upheld the dismissal of due process and excessive fine claims brought against the Ohio Liquor Control Commission by the operator of a gentlemen’s club that let its employees perform fully nude, when such performances are not allowed at strip clubs with an Ohio liquor license. The club was given a choice to pay a $25,000 fine or have its liquor license revoked.
