The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of Public Watchdogs’ complaint against the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other defendants relating to the decommissioning of two units at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, finding the district court lacked subject matter jurisdiction under the Hobbs Act.

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of Public Watchdogs’ complaint against the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other defendants relating to the decommissioning of two units at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, finding the district court lacked subject matter jurisdiction under the Hobbs Act.
