NRA Sues Chicago|Over Handgun Laws

CHICAGO (CN) - The NRA sued the City of Chicago and the Villages of Morton Grove and Oak Park, claiming the municipalities unconstitutionally violate people's right to own handguns. The three federal lawsuits were filed Friday, after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the District of Columbia's handgun ordinance, in District of Columbia v. Heller. The City of San Francisco has been sued in a similar case.
