Not Dog Maker Sues Nathan’s Famous

BROOKLYN (CN) - Nathan's Famous hot dogs violates trademark by selling Not Dogs, Northern Soy claims in Federal Court. Northern Soy say it's made tofu Not Dogs since 1978, and trademarked them in 1987. It says Nathan's blew off its cease-and-desist letter and Nathan's CEO says he plans to go right on selling his infringing products. See complaint.
