Not defamed if it’s true

SAN ANTONIO — A Texas federal judge dismissed the lawsuit brought by a former U.S. Air Force employee who says his former colleagues defamed him by accusing him of sexual harassment. Not only does the former employee fail to show a cause for defamation, but the allegations were “ultimately substantiated” by an Air Force investigation.
