Not a Sex Scam Victim

A married couple’s claims that a TV station painted the wife in a false light by displaying a title stating “Man Charged with Tricking Women into On-Camera Sex” during an interview with her were properly dismissed, the Eighth Circuit ruled.

A voiceover informed viewers the wife had not been a victim of the sex scam. The woman had been conned into giving the same predator some cash.
