A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed with prejudice claims against the University of California, Berkeley, stemming from riots that erupted after the school canceled a speech by right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos in 2017, but allowed claims against two UC Berkeley police officers handling the crowd to continue.
