Nondisclosure Agreement

A New York Federal Court ruled against a former Trump campaign staffer who sued over a nondisclosure agreement and is required to pay an arbitration award. 

NEW YORK - A New York Federal Court ruled against a former Trump campaign staffer who sued over a nondisclosure agreement and is required to pay an arbitration award. 

Former Trump campaign staffer Jessica Denson breached the nondisclosure agreement when she alleged in a suit that her superiors defamed and harassed her. An arbitrator awarded the campaign $49,508 plus interest.
