Nominating Petitions

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled that a registered voter’s signature on a candidate’s nominating petition can be stricken if the signer did not use the address at which “he or she is duly registered and enrolled.”

HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled that a registered voter’s signature on a candidate’s nominating petition can be stricken if the signer did not use the address at which “he or she is duly registered and enrolled.”
