BOSTON (CN) - A federal judge Wednesday refused to change the venue of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev's trial away from Boston.
U.S. District Judge George O'Toole was not persuaded that Tsarnaev could not get an unbiased jury in Boston.
O'Toole did agree, however, to push back the trial date from Nov. 3 until Jan. 5, 2015.
The April 2013 bombing killed three people and injured 260, near the finish line of the world's most famous marathon.
