No vax, no seat in the orchestra

FORT MYERS, Fla. — A federal court in Florida found in favor of the Naples Philharmonic on a lawsuit against the orchestra by former musicians, who were fired for refusing to take the Covid-19 vaccine. Accommodating them would have placed an undue hardship on the symphony’s business operations.
