No secret name change for Wisconsin trans man

WAUSAU, Wis. — An appeals court in Wisconsin found a lower court did not abuse its discretion when it declined to keep a trans man’s name change confidential, as he could not show it was more likely than not that he would be physically endangered if his name change were public.
