No right from vaccine mandates

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld dismissal of a lawsuit brought by a University of California, Irvine, medical professor who lost his job because he refused to get a Covid-19 vaccine. This was no violation of his equal protection and due process rights, as there is no “appropriate historical example” that establishes a “fundamental right” to be free of workplace vaccine mandates.
