No meat on these bones

CHICAGO — Buffalo Wild Wings prevailed over a class action in an Illinois federal court, where consumers argued it misleadingly marketed chicken as “boneless wings.” The context and pricing make clear the product is a style of preparation, not a guarantee of wing meat; the court concluded that no reasonable consumer would believe “boneless wings” are literally de-boned chicken wings.
