No-deportation order upheld at 10th

DENVER — The Trump administration asked the 10th Circuit to stay a federal court’s restraining order preventing the deportation of Venezuelan migrants pending an appeal, but a panel of George W., Trump and Obama appointees denied the petition. The government could not show it would be irreparably harmed absent the stay.
