No CRT in Florida

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (CN) — A federal judge in Florida finds that two teachers, a counselor and a soon-to-be kindergartener lack standing to seek an injunction blocking the state’s anti-Critical Race Theory statute and education regulations, which they argue violate their First and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
