No additional Covid coverage

CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit affirmed the denial of a Wisconsin-based health care system’s request for reimbursement by its insurer of $85 million in costs arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. It already received $1 million under a limited coverage provision for communicable diseases, and the hospital system did not make a winning case for coverage beyond this figure.
