2.) Justices Resist Harsh Penalties for Broken Seals

Though critical of those who would violate the mandatory seal requirements of the False Claims Act, the Supreme Court justices seemed reluctant Tuesday to make the penalty for such infractions too steep.

Abruptly ending debate on whether to dismiss Bill Cosby's indecent-assault charge, a judge ordered prosecutors and the comedian's attorneys to reconcile their differences on disputed issues of fact.

6.) Zika Found to Cause Infertility in Male Mice

If a study involving mice is any indication, Zika infection may reduce fertility and lower the testosterone levels in men - marking another threat to families posed by the mosquito-borne virus.

7.) GOP Must Produce Info on Trump Poll Watch Effort

A federal judge has given the Republican National Committee until Wednesday to produce any agreements it has with Donald Trump's campaign regarding poll watching, voter fraud and ballot security for next week's presidential election.

8.) Election-Cheating Lawsuits Filed in 7 States

Both major parties have taken swings at each other in Nevada: Democrats accusing the Republican Party and Trump campaign of intimidating voters, and Republicans accusing the Clark County registrar of letting voters register after the deadline and vote. The suits are two of seven voting-related lawsuits filed around the country this week.
