HOUSTON (CN) - Creative One and the two men who run it defraud consumers by selling magazine subscriptions through their Mags4Cheap.com Web site, often taking the money and not even ordering the magazines, American Media claims in Federal Court. American Media, which publishes some of the magazines at issue, says the Houston Better Business Bureau has received more than 620 complaints about defendants David Shaw and Brandon Fallon.
