WASHINGTON (CN) - The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement analyzing the potential environmental impacts of proposed Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards for model year 2012-2016 passenger cars and light trucks.
The statement is meant to provide a detailed analysis of potential impacts on energy resources, air quality, and climate.
