NFL Substance Policy

NEW YORK — Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle David Lane Johnson failed to show that he did not receive certain documents relating to the NFL Players Association’s performance-enhancing substance policy during the arbitration of his 2014 and 2016 suspensions, the Second Circuit ruled. The belated production of documents had no effect on the outcome of the arbitration.
