NFL Star Tim Brown Accused of Trick Play

NEWARK (CN) - AllGood Entertainment claims it signed up Heisman Trophy Winner Tim Brown to make instructional videos with other NFL stars, and that Brown, with financing from The Blackstone Group, persuaded the other players to walk away from the project with him and take it over themselves. AllGood claims Brown even stole the name of the project, "Gridiron Video," from it.

AllGood demands more than $10 million damages for fraud, tortious interference, unjust enrichment, breach of contract and theft of trade secrets. It sued Gridiron Video, Locker 81, Tim Brown, Lawrence Falk, and The Blackstone Group in Federal Court.

AllGood is represented by Barry Bordetsky of New York, N.Y.
