MIAMI (CN) - NFL Players Inc. sued CBS Interactive again in Federal Court, claiming the TV network misappropriated football players' names, images, likenesses, photos, statistics and biographical information to use on its Fantasy Football Game Web site. This is a continuation of NFL players' legal war on CBS, in which the players claimed in Minneapolis Federal Court that the network had no right to use game statistics in its fantasy league.
The NFL players are represented in Federal Court by Christopher Knight with Fowler Knight Burnett.
