BROOKLYN — A federal court in New York refused to grant injunctive relief to a group of New York City Department of Education employees who sued the department and the Union Federation of Teachers over vaccine requirements. The court found the plaintiffs don’t have standing to challenge the terms of an arbitration decision that established a process for religious and medical exemptions and a voluntary separation option.
