New Orleans Drowns Businesses in Bills

NEW ORLEANS (CN) - The City of New Orleans charges Bourbon Street businesses "absurdly high" water bills of as much as $8,000 per month caused by its own leaky pipes, but refuses to even look at evidence of its crappy sewer system until the business pay the bills, the N'awlins Entertainment Group claims in Orleans Parish Court.
