New Mexico Immigration Arrests

The New Mexico attorney general sued Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf in federal court, claiming its policy of arresting people attending New Mexico courthouses on official business violates the federal and state constitutions and rights of access to the courts.
