New Mexico air quality

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A federal court in New Mexico approved a consent decree between an oil company and regulators after the government alleged that the company had violated environmental rules, including the New Mexico Air Quality Control Act, at facilities in two rural southeastern New Mexico counties.
