Nevada tax credits

LAS VEGAS — The Nevada Supreme Court upheld a state law capping tax credits available to businesses donating to certain scholarship organizations, holding it did not need to be passed by a two-thirds supermajority because it is a reallocation of existing public funds rather than a revenue-raising measure.
