Nevada Supreme Court

ATTORNEYS, TRUSTS - The Nevada Supreme Court found that an attorney, who was named as the primary beneficiary in the trust he prepared for a client, did not unduly influence the client. Though some rules were broken in the trust's preparation, violations of Nevada's professional conduct rules do not create a private right of action. Affirmed.
