Netflix ‘Archvillain’?

Defamation claims brought by former Manhattan District Attorney Linda Fairstein against the writers of the Netflix series "When They See Us," which dramatized the Central Park Five case and allegedly portrayed her as the “archvillain”, should be litigated in New York, not Florida, a federal judge ruled.
