Venezuela’s First Lady’s Nephews

Two nephews of Cilia Flores, the First Lady of Venezuela, were properly convicted of conspiracy to import cocaine, the Second Circuit ruled. The two were seeking to raise $20 million in drug proceeds to fund their aunt’s 2015 campaign for a place in the Venezuelan National Assembly, according to the ruling.
