MANHATTAN – Two nephews of Cilia Flores, the first lady of Venezuela, were properly convicted of conspiracy to import cocaine, the Second Circuit ruled . The two were seeking to raise $20 million in drug proceeds to fund their aunt’s 2015 campaign for a place in the Venezuelan National Assembly, according to the ruling.
