Neighborhood roadblocks

JACKSON, Miss. — A class of residents accuses the police chief in Jackson, Mississippi, of disproportionately placing unconstitutional vehicle roadblocks and checkpoints in majority-Black and low-income neighborhoods as part of a misguided effort to lower crime.
