WORKERS' COMPENSATION - An emergency medical technician claimed that contracted hepatitis C through the course of his employment. J. Wright found that the workers' compensation court properly held that causation could not be linked to employment. The city and the technician each presented evidence of how the technician may have contracted the disease, and the trial court had discretion to decide which evidence was more persuasive.
