LABOR - The Nebraska Supreme Court held that mandatory hazardous materials training sessions cut into Columbus firefighters' off-duty hours. Injunctive relief was appropriate because the firefighters were being required to work more hours than the Legislature deemed permissible without a specific agreement. Hogelin v. City of Columbus
