Nebraska GOP sex assault claims defused

BEATRICE, Neb. — A federal judge in Nebraska granted a joint stipulation to dismiss the defamation claims brought by Charles Herbster, the Trump-endorsed gubernatorial candidate who sued a state senator, Julie Slama, for claiming the would-be governor had groped her.
