NCAA Image Rights

OAKLAND, Calif. - Antitrust conspiracy claims over the use of NCAA athletes' names and likenesses in video games should proceed to trial, lawyers said in opposition to motions to dismiss.

Electronic Arts, the National Collegiate Athletic Association and Collegiate Licensing Co. had each filed separate motions to dismiss earlier this month.
