RALEIGH, N.C. (CN) - All My Sons Moving and Storage abused and cheated Guatemalan workers, and co-defendant Bilingual Human Resources Consultants illegally charged each worker $3,000 for an H-2B visa, according to a class action RICO complaint in Wake County Court.
Named as defendants are SG of Raleigh dba All My Sons Moving and Storage, its president John Georgedakis, Bilingual Human Resources Consultants and its agent Miguel Alecio and president Tammy Alecio.
The plaintiffs are represented by Carol Brooke with the North Carolina Justice Center.
