NBC Universal Accused Of Defaming|DEA Agents In ‘American Gangster’ Flick

MANHATTAN (CN) - In a federal class-action complaint, three former DEA agents demand $55 million from NBC Universal, claiming it defamed the DEA's entire New York bureau in the movie "American Gangster," by falsely claiming that three-quarters of that bureau's agents were convicted of corruption, as described in the movie. Former agents Louis Diaz, Gregory Korniloff and Jack Toal are represented by Dominic Amorosa.
